I love that Lagree is inclusive to everyone, including those with injuries, since it is low impact but a high-intensity workout. My fitness background started after I got into a bad accident and decided to use fitness to strengthen my body with workouts like Lagree, climbing, hiking, and running.

I was motivated to get my Lagree certification by a trainer at the Dungeon, Sabrina. It was my first time ever taking her class and she convinced me to take the step. Going to school to be a physical therapist plus my Lagree training will take my classes to the next level. Teaching at the Dungeon has been so special to me since this studio feels like family to me, it’s been such a great community to work out and teach.

My favorite type of music is rock, indie, and house music. My favorite Lagree move would have to be Bear since it is a great core stabilizing workout, but still a full-body exercise. Outside of the studio I’m either at a concert, the beach, or with my dogs. Some fun-facts about me are that I am fluent in Vietnamese, I have an insane obsession with cats and dogs which is why I was a vet technician and I worked as a physical therapist aide, so you know form is my priority when I teach a Lagree class. Some current fitness goals I have for myself are to climb without fear but with ease and to run a half-marathon.
