After my first Lagree class, I was instantly humbled and knew I was hooked on mastering the megaformer. It didn’t take long for me to realize that there’s always room for progress. Just when you think you’ve got a move down, there’s a variation, a deeper range, or a spring change that pushes you to your limits. That’s what makes Lagree so addicting!
The Dungeon is such a supportive community and I’m thrilled to be a part of it. One of my favorite things is seeing the determination all the awesome teachers and classmates have during class, they always dig deeper and it pushes me to give it my all! My favorite move has to be the Express lunge without red cables. It really works that booty!
When I’m not at the Dungeon, you’ll find me spending time with my husband, family, and friends. We love finding hikes with a good view to take our golden retriever, cuddling in with our cats while watching a good show and trying new foods, especially while we travel!Can’t wait to see you in class!
