Our studio specializes in smaller, more intimate classes. This allows our Lagree Certified Trainers to provide more one-on-one attention. We have removed ALL mirrors, added color changing LEDs that wash over the concrete walls and a powerful sound system to curate the Lagree Dungeon experience.
We use a patented machine: The Megaformer™, which uses a system of springs and pulleys that allow you to work your entire body with variable resistance. This machine paired with our workout room is a vibe you will only experience at The Dungeon!
